This page sets out what Her Main Source delivers, when we deliver it, and how cancellations and refunds work. It applies to services purchased through this website or through an agreement that references it.
Her Main Source provides marketing services, not physical goods. Nothing is shipped. Depending on what you engage us for, services fall into three areas.
The exact scope for your engagement is confirmed in writing before work starts. That written scope takes precedence over the general descriptions above.
Fees paid to Her Main Source cover our work. They do not include the money you spend with Meta on advertising. Advertising budget is paid by you directly to the platform and is never refundable by us.
We confirm a delivery schedule in writing at the start of every engagement. As a general guide, onboarding and account access take a few business days, campaign launch follows once creative and tracking are approved, and website builds run to a schedule agreed up front. Ongoing management and automation work are delivered on a monthly cycle.
Timelines depend on receiving what we need from you, including account access, brand assets, approvals, and answers to questions. Delays on that side move the schedule.
Advertising performance cannot be guaranteed. Results depend on your offer, product, pricing, budget, landing page experience, industry, competition, and normal market fluctuation. Our commitment is to strategy, execution, optimization, and honest reporting, so that your campaigns have the strongest possible chance of working. We do not promise a specific number of leads, sales, or a specific return.
Ongoing monthly services can be cancelled with written notice, in line with the notice period stated in your agreement. Work already performed and the current billing period remain payable. Project based work, such as a website build, can be cancelled in writing, with fees due for the work completed to that point.
Because these are professional services delivered over time, fees for work already performed are not refundable. If you have paid in advance for work that has not started, contact us and we will refund the unstarted portion. If you believe something was not delivered as agreed, tell us first. We would rather fix it than argue about it.

Note for Her Main Source. Confirm four things before taking payments against this page: your notice period for monthly services (30 days is standard), your deposit terms for project work, your registered entity name and address, and the governing jurisdiction. Payment processors read this page during review, so vague terms slow approval.
