Who we are

Her Main Source is a marketing agency providing Meta advertising, website design and build, and AI automation services. You can reach us at info@hermainsources.com for anything in this policy, including requests to access or delete your data.

What we collect

We collect two kinds of information.

Information you give us. When you submit the booking form on this site you provide your name and email address, and optionally your business or social handle, what services you need, your monthly advertising budget range, your preferred contact time, and any message you write. You choose what to enter.
Information collected automatically. Standard technical data such as your IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, and the pages you view. This is collected by our hosting provider and by analytics or advertising tools where they are active.

Why we use it

To contact you about the call you requested and to answer your enquiry.
To provide services you go on to engage us for.
To keep the website working, secure, and reasonably fast.
To understand which pages and advertisements bring people here, so we spend advertising budget sensibly.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Advertising and analytics

This site may use the Meta pixel and similar measurement tools so that we can see which advertisements lead to enquiries, and so we can show relevant advertisements to people who have visited. These tools set cookies or similar identifiers in your browser. You can limit this through your browser settings, through your Meta ad preferences, or by using your device's tracking controls.

Who processes your data for us

We use a small number of service providers who handle data on our behalf. These currently include our website host, our email delivery provider, and our scheduling and email tools. They are only permitted to use your information to provide their service to us.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for as long as we may reasonably need them to follow up or to keep records of our dealings with you. If you ask us to delete your enquiry, we will do so unless we are required to keep it for legal or accounting reasons.

Ask us what personal information we hold about you.
Ask us to correct anything that is wrong.
Ask us to delete your information.
Ask us to stop contacting you, at any time, with no explanation needed.
